1. Shipping Destinations

Regal Healthcare Trading LLC currently ships to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1. Standard Shipping:
* Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your order's total value, weight, dimensions, and your selected delivery location within the UAE.
* We may offer free standard shipping for orders exceeding a certain value. Any such offers will be clearly stated on our Site or during the checkout process.

2.2. Express/Expedited Shipping:
* If available, an option for express or expedited shipping may be provided at an additional cost. These costs will be clearly displayed during checkout.

3. Processing Time

3.1. Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in the UAE) after receiving your order confirmation email.
3.2. Verification: Please note that orders may be subject to a verification process, which could cause slight delays in processing. We will notify you if your order requires additional verification.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

4.1. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
* Within Major Cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah): 1-3 business days
* Other Emirates and Remote Areas: 3-5 business days

* These are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
* Public holidays and weekends
* Courier service delays
* Customs clearance (for specific items, if applicable)
* Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, traffic issues)
* Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

5. Order Tracking

5.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.
5.2. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the email.

6. Delivery Process

6.1. Recipient Presence: It is recommended that a recipient is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the package.
6.2. Failed Delivery Attempts:
* If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier service may make additional attempts.
* If multiple delivery attempts fail, or if the package is refused by the recipient, the package may be returned to our facility. In such cases, you may be responsible for re-delivery charges or a restocking fee.
6.3. Signature Requirement: For the security of your medical products, a signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the courier may leave a delivery notification with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up the package.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

7.1. Damaged Goods:
* Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging and contents carefully.
* If you notice any damage to the package or its contents upon delivery, please do not accept the package or make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt if possible.

* We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

7.2. Lost Shipments:

* If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us within 7 days of the reported delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the courier service.
* Claims for lost shipments will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

8.1. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information (name, address, phone number).
8.2. Regal Healthcare Trading LLC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
8.3. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping charges.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. Regal Healthcare Trading LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials, or acts of the government.
